Dear viewers,
Today from school. Yay. I read " The Story of the World." I found out that the person that discovered silk was Lei Zu, wife of the emperor, Huang Di. One day she was under a mulberry tree having lunch. She was about to drink her tea when a silk worm cocoon fell into her drink. She unraveled the cocoon to find a thread so light that it floated in the wind and shone like the sun. She picked some more and gave them to the tailor to make into a robe for her husband. That is how the Chinese made SILK!!!
Love,
Lila
